About the role:

This is not just a job—it's a chance to lead initiatives that truly change lives. Based across prisons in the East Midlands and working closely with the community, you’ll guide young people toward positive futures through life coaching workshops and one-on-one coaching.

In this pivotal role, you’ll not only support young offenders but also oversee a team of dedicated freelance coaches, ensuring smooth project delivery. It’s your opportunity to lead with purpose, make a tangible impact, and grow alongside an organization driven by compassion and commitment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Inspire and Engage: Build trust with young people, motivating them to join and stay engaged with our coaching programs.
• Lead with Purpose: Manage our team of skilled freelance coaches, coordinating schedules, training, and project timelines.
• Collaborate and Build Networks: Work closely with prison staff and community organizations to boost program referrals and success rates.
• Drive Impact: Maintain participant records, track program outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Champion Excellence: Work with stakeholders to ensure our services remain impactful and relevant.
