Salary: £25,847 – £27,549 per annum
Locations: Positions available across Kent and South London
Start Dates: W/C 5 January or 2 February 2026
Join the RSPB as a Fundraiser and help inspire people to protect nature. This is a field-based role, travelling to pre-booked venues in your area using a company van (fuel and parking covered).
Your day will include:
- Setting up engaging fundraising stands.
- Talking to the public about conservation.
- Encouraging membership sign-ups via direct debit.
This is not a typical desk job you’ll be outdoors, on your feet, and making a real impact.

What We’re Looking For
- Passion for people and conservation.
- Confidence speaking to the public and working to targets.
- Resilience and positivity.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Availability to work weekends.
- Comfortable working outdoors.
- Experience in fundraising, sales, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
