Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Part Time considered)
Location: Remote working, with monthly team meetings in the King’s Lynn / Norwich region
We are delighted to be supporting a specialist domestic abuse charity in their search for a skilled and proactive Finance & Business Manager. This is a key role within a purpose-driven organisation, supporting women, children and young people affected by domestic abuse.
This position offers the flexibility of remote working alongside meaningful, impactful work within a collaborative and supportive team.
The Role
You will take ownership of the organisation’s financial management alongside overseeing data and reporting processes, ensuring the charity can effectively measure its impact and meet funding requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the charity’s finances, including incoming fundraising income
- Ensuring financial processes are compliant with Charity SORP (Statement of Recommended Practice)
- Managing Payroll and company expenses
- Producing accurate financial reports and supporting budget management
- Monitoring financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making
- Using OASIS Cloud reporting software to generate reports, manage cases and track outcomes
- Ensuring data is recorded accurately to support service delivery and funding reports
- Supporting compliance with financial regulations and charity governance
- Working closely with senior leadership to support operational effectiveness
- Maintaining accurate, confidential financial and data records
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, analytical and passionate about working within the charity sector.
You will bring:
- Experience within the charity or non-profit sector - Essential
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management
- Experience using Moneysoft (desirable)
- Experience working with data systems and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using cloud-based systems (experience with OASIS is desirable)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- A commitment to the values and mission of supporting vulnerable individuals
